For Quarter Day and Half Day trips on Seattle funning trails:
You should already be comfortable running for at least 8 miles or 2 hours at a time.
Trail running experience and hill experience is preferred but not mandatory for shorter runs.
For Full Day trips on Seattle running trails:
Up to 4000 feet of vertical gain in 2-3 miles is common. Uphill hiking is ok (and normal!). Expect to be on your feet and moving for up to 5 hours.
Trail running experience mandatory.
If you do not have trail running experience, please contact us before booking.
Can you help me with transportation/ getting to the trail head or meeting location?
Yes! We offer complimentary transportation to Seattle Runs for Tours from Seattle to the destination. $15 donation recommended per person.
Why are your prices so low?
For us, being outside is part of the payment. Lucky you, that doesn’t cost anything!
Our mission is to help people adventure like locals. This means, we expect you to treat this like an adventure with your friends--pack your own food, and chip-in to cover the cost of gas. This helps us keep our overhead low and everyone gets the lowest price possible.
I just submitted my booking. Now what?
After you book, you’ll receive an email from us confirming we received your request.
In that email we'll be asking about your running trail preferences. Please respond to that as soon as possible so we can get to work creating a running route that we are sure you’ll love and if you don’t, we’ll give you your money back. (Terms and Conditions Apply).
Can children under 18 participate in Seattle Runs?
All children younger than 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian. We'd like to work with you to find the most suitable Seattle activities and running trails for your family. Contact us.
